Welcome to PlotPath Finance LLC (“PlotPath”, “Consultant”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.

1. Services

PlotPath provides strategic bookkeeping, monthly financial reporting, Fractional CFO services, and advisory services to improve the accounting and financial management practices of clients (“Client”). All services will be performed in a competent and professional manner in compliance with applicable laws. All client engagements are governed by formal, written service agreements executed outside of this website.

2. Deposit and Invoices

The Client will pay a deposit upon execution of any service contract.

Fixed Billing Terms: Subsequent billing will be invoiced on the first of the month and payable within five (5) days from the invoice date.

Time & Materials Billing Terms: Estimated hours for the upcoming 30 days will be invoiced in advance. In effect, the Client will maintain a prepayment balance with PlotPath equal to the next month’s expected billings. If at any point unpaid billable hours exceed the prepayment balance, PlotPath reserves the right to pause work until payment is received. PlotPath will monitor billable activity and issue prepayment invoices promptly to minimize the risk of work interruption.

All invoices are due within five (5) days of the invoice date.

No financial transactions take place directly through our website. All payments and billing arrangements are handled directly with clients through formal service agreements.

3. Term and Termination

Service agreements commence on the Effective Date set forth in the applicable agreement and terminate upon payment of the final invoice. Contracts are cancelable by either party with 30 days’ written notice. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Confidential Information

Both parties acknowledge an exchange of confidential and proprietary information associated with any engagement. Confidential information may include documents, communications, plans, processes, formulations, data, know-how, financial information, techniques, methods, customers, suppliers, partners, patents, trademarks, designs, and other tangible or intangible artifacts owned by the Client.

Confidential information does not include information within the public domain, information publicly known prior to execution of an agreement, or information developed independently of any confidential information.

PlotPath will not divulge, disseminate, publish, or otherwise disclose any confidential information without prior consent of the Client and will not use any information for purposes other than the performance of services. The Client agrees to disclose confidential information to PlotPath only to the extent required for PlotPath to fulfill its obligations.

5. Indemnification

Notwithstanding other provisions, the Client shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PlotPath against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or other obligations which may arise from any service engagement.

6. Relationship of Parties

Any service engagement creates an independent contractor relationship, not an employment relationship. Neither party is, nor shall claim to be, a legal agent, representative, partner, or employee of the other. Neither party shall have the right or authority to contract in the name of the other, nor assume or create any obligations, debts, accounts, or liabilities for the other.

7. Role of PlotPath

PlotPath will not make management decisions on behalf of the Client. Our role is advisory in nature with no perceived conflicts of interest prior to, during, or after any engagement. This extends to any third parties PlotPath may utilize during the course of an engagement.

8. Client Responsibilities

PlotPath acts in an advisory capacity and does not make management decisions or assume fiduciary responsibility. PlotPath relies on the accuracy and completeness of information provided by the Client and its representatives. PlotPath is not engaged in attest engagements and is not engaged to audit or independently verify information received. PlotPath shall not be held liable for any undetected errors or fraud resulting from inaccurate or misleading client-provided data.

9. Website Use

This website is intended to provide information about our services and allow users to contact us or schedule a consultation. Submitting contact information through our forms does not create a client relationship. We reserve the right to decline service or communication at our discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, branding, templates, dashboards, tools, and downloadable materials—is the property of PlotPath Finance LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any executed service agreement, represent the entire understanding of the parties, superseding all prior agreements, understandings, and discussions whether conveyed orally or in writing.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of those terms.
